Ant is a 3D artist, aew boss-man and all-round good guy. With an industrial design background, when Ant discovered non-industrial 3D, he never looked back. He's the one who keeps the aew team ship-shape and is the mastermind of the organisation. Ant is a kiteboarder/surfer, vert skater and a certified snowboarding instructor.

Elena is a web designer and developer. More than any other activity Elena loves making django websites. She is an avid reader, she also loves to kiteboard and snowboard despite being a total geek. Follow her on twitter.

Dave has a PhD in plasma physics and has had a long standing interest in web development, particularly python-based web frameworks. In addition to his research he also constantly learning lots of real and interesting things about the world (ask him what the capital cities of the world are some time). Dave is also a talented musician.
